Please install tensorflow, keras to run this code. data.mat is the preprocessed data downloaded from the slack. Please first use the generate_data.m to process the data.mat before run the training and testing. generate_data.m will generate the computed Pearson's Correlation matrix for THC and Placebo session. Please modify the value of idx1 and idx2 to select the THC and placebo session to be used. generate_data.m will generate a data file which including two tensors F1 and F2. F1 is the computed dynamic brain networks from THC and F2 is the computed dynamic network from placebo. The size of F1, F2 is: Number of subjects * Augmented number * Sliding Window Number * Features Size After processed the data using generate_data.m, run: python train_test_fc.py to train and test the model.
