c_conf - A simple configuration file parser implemented by C

c_conf is a simple configuration file parser implemented by C. Configuration file example:

# [] will be ignore
[title1]
# bool value
is_daemon no

[title2]

# memory size
max_memory 1G

# time duration
timeout 10m5s

log_path /tmp/logs.txt
