Adlists used, (Beware that using list no. 1 and 2 also block Whatsapp and Instagram !!):

If you use Instagram and Whatsapp, use ONLY Adlist no. 3.

Use:

Copy all the domains in the list and paste them into Group Management > Domains and select Add to Whitelist.
