Goals:

• Files/Images are still pending a database
• Files should be moved into a proper directory.
• Sqlx and initial structures

Achieved:

• Files should be moved into a proper directory.
• Added sqlx and started reading about the dock

What's left:

• Build custom docker image for development
  • Add sqlx-cli
  • Set working_dir
  • Set command (idle)
• Start refactoring codebase into modules. It's starting to become a mess.
• Reinstate TempDir struct, because move_file works like a charm.
• Store File and Image metadata inside database
• Make files path configurable
• docker-compose.yml source files should be read only
