SortFilterToolBar
Ext.ux.toolbar.SortFilterToolBar for ExtJS 4.2. Provides a convenient wrapper for GridToolBar that adds Menu Button (and probably several filter fields) which are tied to filters. Through this menu users can configure, enable, and disable filters for each column and data model fields. Each column is only allowed one filter.
