1. Clean up control file
   architecute: all

   package name: TCRC tibetan keyboard and font

2. Add other debian files: changelog, config, md5, etc.

3. We have kbd layout and font. Do we create separate install?

4. We are re-using bt (Bhutanese kbd), should be create another in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols, say /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/tb?
