A collection of python scripts for analysis of confocal microscopy images. To run the scripts, install this project in editable mode:
git clone https://github.com/yngvem/confocal-microscopy.git
cd confocal_microscopy
pip install -e .Then, you can run the scripts and notebooks located in the scripts/ and notebooks/ folder.
