Set the profile :

place the file Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1 in your profile folder. you can get the profile folder location by typing $PROFILE in the powershell.

Customized theme:

put the theme yehdih_2.json in oh-my-posh theme folder located at C:\Users\$USER\AppData\Local\Programs\oh-my-posh\themes and don't forget to adjust the path to your theme in the $Profile file.
