0. COPY variables.env.example as variables.env
1. Run docker-compose up to boot the docker env.
2. Go to 127.0.0.1:8080 and import the data/db.sql seed.
3. Go to /frontend and run npm run serve to boot up the frontend. 3.1 Open whichever IP and port the console tells you to.
4. ???
5. Profit!
