Add environment for Shell-Functionbase

WARNNING

• the system cust vendor can read and write.
• If "Error, bin file is error" or "inaccessible or not found" error is displayed, please rerun "...FunctionbaseEnv/build/install_env.sh" script.
• When you want to run ".../FunctionbaseEnv/build/install_env.sh", please use "sh" command , don't use "source" and "." command.
