Notes

• the reference telephone was somewhat hampered without a network connection, so some behaviour is a best guess.
• development began with a MK1 navigation computer (i.e. GT implemented by video module), and 4:3 BMBT.
• a MK4 and widescreen BMBT has been in use since about January 2019.
• a MID has never been tested.
• "Inputs" (command 0x31) are, unless otherwise mentioned, only the initial "Press" event
