spconv version of Dockerfile

I have a question about docker file.
Cylinder3D requires v1.2.1, but the spconv installed with the provided docker file is v1.0?
Is this docker file correct?

It is better to use spconv==1.2.1 and docker file which checkout the specific commits in spconv works too.
