Agenda setting is important. I am no longer solving problems but setting aside what problems to solve.

In servant-driven leadership, the crux of the message is: You’re in your role to serve others. This makes it very hard to say no, and there’s a temptation for leaders (and their teams) to be reactive, trying to please everyone. In noble-purpose leadership, the core message is: You’re in your role to make an impact. This requires more strategic thinking in terms of where to place your efforts.

Simple—but important—shifts can help managers parse out their limited energies. For example, think about the difference between asking your reports “What do you need to be successful in accomplishing your goal”

Pix, Brazil's national electronic payment system, has overtaken Visa and Mastercard. Pix sounds like a mix between tap payment and EFTPOS. I've always thought that Australia is the ideal place to set up a national payments system like that and let people tap on their cards to pay for things.

I also keep in mind many of the horror stories I have heard about Brazil's banking system. Things that I'd like to understand are: how prevalent is Visa and Masterin Brazil?
