Hitman2Loc is a command-line tool written in C# to convert the language data to and from Hitman 2: Silent Assassin.

Usage

Hitman2Loc.exe src_file dst_file
   src_file   Locale or language export file
   dst_file   Locale or language export file
Locale files must have the extension ".loc"
Language export files must have the extension ".xml"
