2 functions that check if passed argument is or is not an object. Null is not considered an object.

isObject(arg): boolean

Returns true if arg is array or object.
Returns false if arg is null.

notObject(arg): boolean

Returns true if arg is anything other than array or object.
Returns true if arg is null.
