This is an basic Sitepackage for use in TYPO3 10 LTS (or newer).
Installation:

Simply clone this repository in the typo3conf/ext/ directory of your TYPO3 installation
or

Install it via composer:
composer require wwagner/sitepackage -
Include the static template in your root TypoScript-Template
