Initial setup

• clone / export / simlink this repo to $HOME/.config/nvim
• open lua/wouter/packer.lua with nvim
  • :so
  • :PackerSync
  • Wait for plugins to download
• Download your LSPs by typing :Mason and selecting / installing them
