This folder contains code that is being actively developed and deployed by the Edwards Lab at UC Berkeley. The maintainer for this is currently William Kumler (wkumler [you know what goes here] berkeley.edu).
Folders:
AnalyScripts: contains scripts useful for analyzing and visualizing data. Most of these accept the Clean_Complete.csv file from Data and output Images.
Data: contains all the data files following the use of LOBSTAHS to produce the two peaklist files found in here. Raw data files not included.
Images: contains the output from most AnalyScripts.
PrepScripts: contains the code necessary to go from .raw files to Clean_Complete.csv.
