Including RegenerateSourceListGlobs.cmake in your CMake project should make GLOBs safe for use with source file lists. Including DoxygenTargetsTree.cmake in your CMake project creates, for each node in the directory tree, a target that generates doxygen documentation for the current subdirectory (recursively by default).
