NeoCoMM is a neurophysiologically inspired microscale model of the neocortical column for the simulation of intracellular and extracellular activity. it is written in Python.

Clone the repository from https://gitlab.univ-rennes1.fr/myochum/neocomm
Or from Pypi: Pip install NeoCOMM the from the Terminal, type “python NeoComm.py”
