Environment

Python, preferably version 2.6 or 2.7

Setting up

1. First get and install pip from here******
2. Install sklearn from your terminal: pip install scikit-learn. More details here
3. install natural language toolkit: pip install nltk
4. Go into the tools/ directory, and run startup.py
