Consistent naming convention for assays in SummarizedExperiments

As a user running quminorm on a SingleCellExperiment with a custom shape parameter, I can easily find the result in the assay list, because the naming convention is easy to understand.
- naming convention should be something like qumi_2 or qumi_2.4 to indicate the value of the shape parameter.
this has now been implemented.
