Automated tests for all user-facing functions

Make sure functions are giving the correct results.
automated tests are done for all user-facing functions except poilog_pzero2mu . Since this function is very rarely used by an external user (it's primary function is as a subroutine of quminorm), choosing not to put in tests for it at this time.
