Fully configured EBS Docker container with all the DS goodies installed.

To run on AWS

1. Access EBS application.
2. Create new application.
3. Select Generic docker container.
4. Change instances to small (otherwise this will take forever to install and will timeout).
5. Upload zip.
6. Enjoy new app.
