Description
Allows you to use \cite{label} and \bibitem{label} within a standard word processing document and post process when you're done writing.
Example usage:
In The Checklist Manifesto, Dr. Atul Gawande saw checklists as a guard against human deficiencies in practicing medicine. At one point in his book, Dr. Gawande relayed the striking story of Dr. Peter Pronovost. At Johns Hopkins, he was able to reduce the incidence of ten day central-line infections in his hospital from eleven percent to zero over a year long observation period by using checklists to standardize the installation procedure \cite{manifesto}.

This is useful when the document is longer and there are more references, especially as you revise it.
