This repository contains specific information on the software, options, and data inputs used in genome assembly and annotation for each culture isolate. Each subdirectory contains a set of files for a defined isolate.
software.txt: list of the names and version numbers of all the software used
commands.txt: list of commands used (dummy file names and paths are used)
citation.txt: A text file containing the citations for publications describing the isolate or its use
