I'm a computational biologist, currently holding a Chancellor's Fellow (lecturer) position in the Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences (SIPBS), at the University of Strathclyde. I lead the SIPBS Computational Biology group.

• Microbiology and microbial genomics (taxonomy and classification, host-microbe interactions, functional annotation, etc.)

• Industrial biotechnology (protein engineering, improving industrial strains, etc.)

• Biostatistics and modelling (metabolic modelling, experimental design, etc.)
