Florentine biscuits
Ingredients
- 125 grams sliced almonds
- 250 grams florentine flour
- 100 grams sunflower seeds
- 100 grams pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
Method
- Toast seeds in oven at 160ºC for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cool toasted seeds then mix with florentine powder.
- Lay baking paper on sheet tray.
- Spread mixture on baking paper.
- Max thickness ~ 5 to 10 mm.
- Bake in oven at 160ºC for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Slice into smaller pieces while warm.
