Run docker container in sublime text

How to use the example:

1. Pull the example image: docker pull while725/docker-run-example-sublime-project
2. Open the docker-run-example.sublime-project in sublime text
3. In sublime text, choose Tools -> Build System -> Python in Docker Container
4. Any python script will be running properly in sublime text now

Feel free to customize the Dockerfile so that you can run your python experiments across platforms in sublime text.
