install nemo

Download and compile Nemo from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/nemo2/files/Nemo/

installation

Nemo uses the GNU Scientific Library, install on Ubuntu with the following command: sudo apt-get install libgsl0-dev

to install package to SPC

./spc install https://github.com/whbrewer/nemo-spc/archive/master.zip
