Recommends similar movies based on user ratings or tags of the given movie.

To run the app (rating based):
pip install -r requirements.txt
streamlit run rating_based_rs.py
To run the app (tag based):
pip install -r requirements.txt
streamlit run tag_based_rs.py
For tag based, run the notebook before running the app to generate the model.
