Install python OpenCV

• sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo rpi-update && sudo apt-get install build-essential cmake pkg-config

• sudo apt-get install libjpeg8-dev libtiff4-dev libjasper-dev libpng12-dev libgtk2.0-dev libavcodec-dev libavformat-dev libswscale-dev libv4l-dev libatlas-base-dev gfortran

• sudo apt install python3 python3-pip

• sudo pip3 install opencv-contrib-python==4.1.0.25

Install others libs

Install others libs from requirements.txt

pip3 install -r requirements.txt
