Hi all, I'm co-organizing this seminar with Arne Bathke. Really looking forward to formalizing my understanding of causal inference during this next session.

Hi @lwaldron, sadly I still get an 403 error

You still haven't accepted the invitation I sent you :)

Hey there, this is Thomas from Berlin. I am a software/ML engineer with some social science training and got into CI after reading the book of why. It seems to be an interesting addition to the prevalent model-free approach to statistics and machine learning. Looking forward to diving deeper into it together!

Hi everyone, I'm Stephanie from Baltimore, Maryland in the US. I'm curious to understand how an online book club works and I've heard this is a wonderful book. So I decided to join!

Welcome @twerkmeister and @stephaniehicks! Thrilled to have you. I've sent you both invitations to be able to edit this repository, which you only really need when you present a section. The schedule is up at https://github.com/waldronlab/data-science-seminar/wiki - unfortunately we're starting up again at halfway through this book, I think you could still follow without having started from the beginning. Feel free to sign up for a presentation date (next available one is currently May 8 because we have to miss a few weeks in between), or wait until you have a chance to see what it's like after our next presentation on Weds Mar 18.
