To run this script:

Paste the script in any folder on your system.

Open Photoshop and go to File -> Scripts -> Browse

Select the script in resulting dialog-box. This will open the GUI.

Select photo using the "Photo" button (any photo that can be opened in Photoshop) and click "Render".
