Steps to run the RL for WMLES: 1) Download smarties and intall according to instructions (https://github.com/cselab/smarties) 2) Make the code in folder code/ - need to change Makefile to specify location for FFTW (with MPI capabilities) 3) Move compiled "app_main" to script/ folder and run submit.sh
