Resistor values on PowerBoard are not practical

The PowerBoard R1 and R2 resistors are used to create a voltage divider from the 12.6 V from the battery to 5V which is safe to be measured by the arduino.
Current values 70k and 50k are theoretically correct, but these are not standard resistor values.
Changing them to R1=5.6K and R2=3.9k also works and are practical since these values are available in most resistor assortments
