Requirements

The scripts are written in python 3 Jupyter notebooks.

The Anaconda python distribution is recommended: https://www.anaconda.com/distribution/ . You will need:

  • Jupyter
  • numpy
  • pandas
  • matplotlib for plotting and visualization
