About webserver1.py - A very simple socket program to understand the very basics of how sockets can spin up a server and serve some static string on the mentioned port.
About webserver2.py - webserver2 is a little advanced server program incorporating the WSGI interface such that any application developed using a framework that implements WSGI interface can be served by the server.
