Karabiner config Caps Lock (Ctrl + Esc) + IJKL

Config inspired and copied form https://tonsky.me/blog/cursor-keys with few changes:

binds Caps Lock to Esc when pressed alone
disables arrows also when used with modifiers keys

Caps Lock (Ctrl + Esc) + IJKL

Change caps_lock to control if pressed with other keys, to escape if pressed alone
Ctrl + I/J/K/L to Arrow Keys
Ctrl + H to Delete
Disable arrows
Disable Delete
