Install rustup and rust

curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://sh.rustup.rs | sh

rustup install stable
rustup default stable

Run PostgreSQL and migrate

psql -h 127.0.0.1 -p 25432 -U example server_example_development
