All above 4 tools can be installed using sudo apt install command. Xterm maybe required for plotting waveforms Also gcc and csh maybe required for 'make' and 'configure' commands. sky130A can be installed by downloading repo and configuring ./configure --enable-sky130-pdk
Verify tools installation by typing name on terminal.
