small dumb tts progrm i wrote with python cuz i was bored but it may come in handy idk
this has a dependancy that is only available in windows "pypiwin32" please show me another alternative cause i really want to make this accessible to everyone, Thanks!
Get python 3.6.8 then
pip install pypiwin32
then also install
pip install auto-py-to-exe
and after that
auto-py-to-exe
in cmd, and from then on its gui so ez, enjoy!
