Are you curious how a gene cluster is conserved across multiple genomes? We have developed a web-based Comparative Gene Cluster Viewer that allows you to upload the sequences of your favourite gene cluster (e.g. an operon in Bacteria), perform dynamic search against your choice of genomes and interactively visualize the conservation of the gene cluster via our novel multi-genome browser. Our approach avoids the time-consuming and often inaccurate genome wide pre-computing commonly used in other existing tools. For more details, please visit the About page.
