- Unity Game Engine installed on your system (version compatible with the project).
- Git installed on your system. If you don't have Git, download and install it from https://git-scm.com/.
- Open your preferred command-line interface (CLI) or Git GUI tool.
- Navigate to the directory where you want to clone the Unity project repository.
- Clone the repository using the following command:
git clone <repository_url>
There's two options, you can either use:
- Install and open Unity HUB
- Install a compatible Unity Editor version, the latest one from 2021 should do.
- Click on "Dashboard", then "Open" and navigate to the directory where you cloned the repository. or:
- Install Unity Editor, the latest one from 2021 should do.
- Locate and run the executable
- Click "File", then "Open" and navigate to the directory where you cloned the repository.
- Load some specific scene from the folder "Assets/Scenes" or build and run the project
