Download release from here, if you just want to run and test FeJ, you can just download version with jar-with-dependencies tag and run it.
If you wanna to compile it by your self, we use Zulu-Javafx-SDK-8 to develop this system, also a maven project, you can clone this project and compile by yourself easily.
