Python serializer for .spe files

Requirements:

1. Python (https://www.google.com)
2. Pip (https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/install-pip-for-python/)
3. Numpy (call in terminal: pip install numpy)
4. matpotlib (call in terminal: pip install matpotlib)
5. anaconda (https://www.anaconda.com/download)

How to use

1. Clone or download repository
2. Run jupyter notebook (call in terminal form reposotory root folder: jupyter notebook)
3. Open included Tutorial.ipynb and go through all steps

To use separatly copy "specpy" folder into root folder of your project.
