DiaNN 1.9 for Linux an seaching a predicted fasta

Hey Vadim,

I want to search some abundance DIA data for everything that can be predicted from a fasta file. Should I do this with DiaNN 1.9 in Windows or is there a way to do it with 1.8.1 in Linux? Thanks for any recommendations. I am actually interested in one particular protein.

Please use 1.9.1 which works on both Windows and Linux.
