Convert outline file (.opml) to Kepan Markdown format (.md).
In normal markdown, using #, ##, ###, ####, #####, ###### for heading, only support 6 levels of heading.
Kepan Markdown using #1, #2, #3...#108 for heading, support up to 108 levels of heading.

this tool is developed by c#, you can build it using Visual Studio Code or Visula Studio.
Drag & Drop your opml files, or folders, to the opml2kmd.exe, then this tool will read all the .opml files, and generate .md files with same name at same folder.
