Add cab-mode shortcuts to alias

Add airport identifiers to alias file which map to the appropriate bookmark number.
For example, PIE's cab mode is assigned to bookmark 23, and is accessible by typing .23. Rather than forcing people to memorize all of the airport's bookmark numbers to access the relevant cab mode quickly, add aliases to direct them to the correct bookmark. So for PIE, add an alias of .pie, which directs it to the appropriate bookmark number, ie .pie .23. Assuming it will even let you (though I believe it will)...
Also, consider some even shorter ones to access common fields, ie a single letter, M for Miami, F for FLL, S for Sarasota, N for Nassau, etc
