Pushback at your discretion PDC option

PDCs do not have an option to signal whether or not pushback will be at the pilots discretion, rather, it assumes it will be and states so. This can bring negative effects when a plane is parked at a gate that pushes onto a taxiway.
PDC's don't say "push at your discretions" and therefore it is the pilot's responsibility to ask prior or be aware.
